Due to NDIS requiring a median price for our meals, the costs for any meals on our menu are as follows:
·         $16.00 per meal that we collect from NDIS through the 'provider portal' that gets allocated to the participants package
·         $4 per meal charged to the participant to cover ingredients etc (a prerequisite from NDIS) - 2 x soups or sweets = 1 claim and
do not incur a $4 meal charge.  Other providers charge 30% to cover ingredient costs
·         Most of our customers choose to have multiple meals delivered at one go to save on delivery fees – (majority of their meals to be frozen)



This support item is for the preparation and delivery of food to participants who are unable to do this themselves, and are not in receipt of other supports that would meet the same need. The cost of the food itself is not covered by the NDIS. The cost of this support will vary based on the number of meals prepared and the deliveries required.
