We’re working on a fresh new menu for Melting Moments Meals, and we’d love your help in shaping what comes next.
This survey is your chance to tell us what you enjoy, what you’d like to see more of, what should definitely stay, and anything new you think we should try.
There are no right or wrong answers, and you don’t need to answer every question. Simply choose the options that appeal to you and share as much or as little feedback as you like.
Current Melting Moments Meals clients who complete the survey can also choose a complimentary slice to enjoy with their next scheduled delivery.

Share Your Recipe for a Chance to Win a $50 Meal Voucher
Some of the best meals aren’t found in cookbooks – they’re the dishes that have been cooked around family tables for years, remind us of someone special, or are simply too good not to share.
As we create our new Melting Moments Meals menu, we’d love to hear about your favourite recipes and the stories behind them.
It might be Grandma’s casserole, Dad’s famous curry, a dish you grew up eating, an old-fashioned favourite that deserves a comeback, or simply something your family asks you to make again and again.
How does it work?
Submit your recipe using the form below and tell us a little about why the dish is special to you. You can submit a photo of your handwritten recipe if it is easier.
We’ll review the entries and may select a recipe to trial in the Melting Moments kitchen for possible inclusion on our new menu.
The contributor of the winning recipe will receive a $50 Melting Moments Meals voucher.
If your recipe is selected, and with your permission, we’d also love to feature the finished dish and the story behind it on our website. You may also choose to share a favourite photo or memory connected with your recipe.
Your recipe doesn’t need to be fancy – we’re looking for delicious food that people genuinely love to eat.
